Application Overview
- Prepare the surface so it is clean, sound and dry
- Apply AquaTank Pro-Tile Primer as directed
- Seal corners and joints using AquaTank SA Tape+
- Apply AquaTank Neo-Flex Membrane across the required area
- Apply a second coat after the recommended waiting time

Tileline Group offers collection, UK standard tracked delivery, UK express tracked delivery, long-item courier delivery and Republic of Ireland tracked delivery on selected trade products.
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country, selected delivery method, product type, total order weight and, where relevant, product size.
Collection
Collection from Tileline Group is available free of charge. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
UK Standard Tracked Delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Available on eligible standard parcel orders up to 30kg.
UK Express Tracked Delivery
Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available on eligible standard parcel orders up to 30kg, subject to stock availability, order processing time and courier availability.
Long Item Courier Delivery
Full-length trims and selected long trade products require long-item courier delivery due to their size. These items are not suitable for standard Royal Mail, Evri or small parcel delivery services.
Delivery for long items is calculated separately at checkout where available.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Republic of Ireland orders are sent using tracked delivery where suitable. Estimated delivery is usually 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on order weight, product type and courier service. ROI orders are currently processed without VAT.
Heavy, Bulky or Large Trade Orders
Orders over 30kg for the UK, orders over 20kg for the Republic of Ireland, bulky items, long items, matting, rolls or larger trade quantities may require a separate delivery quote.

Returns Policy
Tileline Group offers a 30-day returns policy on eligible items.
Items must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging where possible. Returned items must be complete, clean and suitable for resale.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and delivery label.
We will review the issue and arrange the best solution, which may include a replacement, refund or return.
Please do not dispose of damaged items or packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as the courier may require evidence.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Long, Heavy or Bulky Items
Full-length trims, heavy bags, matting, rolls and bulky trade products may require specialist return delivery due to their size or weight.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery on these items unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable or Restricted Items
We may be unable to accept returns on items that have been used, installed, cut, damaged after delivery, or are not in resaleable condition.
Special order items, custom-cut products or products ordered specifically for a customer may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
